By accessing and using Blue Ocean Applications' services (the "Agora System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Blue Ocean Applications provides AI-powered business automation services including:

Administrative Assistant (email triage, routing, lead qualification)
Email Support (customer support automation)
Marketing automation (content creation and distribution)
Additional services as described in your subscription plan

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Pricing: Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time charges collected at initial subscription.

3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

3.3 Overage Charges: Usage beyond your plan limits will incur overage fees as specified in your subscription plan.

3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits (emails processed, marketing posts, etc.). Excessive usage beyond reasonable limits may result in service throttling or additional charges.

5. Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Service Availability

6.1 Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

6.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

6.3 No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for illegal purposes
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by Blue Ocean Applications remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blue Ocean Applications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or illegal activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
